MB Funds ESG Review 2025 has been published
MB Funds has published its annual ESG Review 2025, covering MB’s approach to responsible investment and the sustainability progress of its portfolio companies throughout 2025.
Highlights from the report:
- PRI signatory status: MB Funds became a signatory of the UN Principles for Responsible Investment (PRI), with effect from January 2026. This formalises the responsible investment approach we have built from the very beginning.
- Four sustainability focus areas: In 2025, we updated our sustainability approach around four clearly defined priority areas, which are: Climate Action (SDG 13), Healthy & Attractive Workplaces (SDG 8), Good Governance (SDG 16), and Diversity & Inclusion (SDG 5), each linked to the UN Sustainable Development Goals.
- GHG emissions progress: All portfolio companies reported their GHG emissions in 2025. GHG intensity across the portfolio (Scope 1 and 2) has decreased significantly in both funds year-on-year.
- Portfolio company highlights: The report includes concrete examples of portfolio companies’ recent sustainability efforts.
