The acquisition was closed at 10 July 2019. HSSR is a well-known influencer in the renovation industry in the Helsinki metropolitan region, which adds more than 30 experts to the Raksystems planning and development unit of some fifty people.<\/p>\n<p>After the acquisition, pro forma net sales of the Raksystems Group will exceed \u20ac36 million in 2019, and the Group will employ 330 people. Operating in Finland and Sweden, the Group will provide even better service to property owners throughout the lifecycle of their buildings. HSSR will continue as a subsidiary of Raksystems.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><em>\u201cHSSR is an excellent addition to the Raksystems Group. We have promoted our repair planning and property development operations for several years now, and managed to establish an excellent clientele. With its great reputation among professionals of the industry and customers, HSSR offers the group more experienced experts and good customer relations,\u201d<\/em> says <strong>Marko Malmivaara<\/strong>, the Managing Director of Raksystems Insin\u00f6\u00f6ritoimisto Oy.<\/p>\n<p>Established by its owners, HSSR is an expert company specialising in renovation consultation in the Helsinki metropolitan region and the province of Uusimaa. In 2018, the company\u2019s net sales amounted to \u20ac3.8 million.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><em>\u201cThe cooperation with the management of Raksystems has been excellent from the very beginning. The atmosphere among the Group\u2019s employees seems to be relaxed but proficient. I had a fantastic ride while managing my own business for almost fifteen years, and now I\u2019m eager to continue the story of HSSR under the wings of Raksystems.
