The estimated purchase price for the shares is 16.7 Million euro. As part of the financing of the acquisition MB Funds makes follow-on investment in Suomen Transval Group. MB Funds acquired Transval in June 2010.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Transval Group (established in 1994) is a leading internal logistics services company in Finland. Vindea is a leading company in industrial value added logistics and packaging solutions. The new group will be a market leading company in Finland in logistics services with net sales above 100 million euros and over 2 100 dedicated logistics professionals.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8220;<em>The combination of these two leading companies in their own field will create a market leader in logistics services in Finland. We are very satisfied with the acquisition through which Vindea will extend its expertise.
