Agreements were signed and ownership was changed on December 30th 2016 and April 20th, 2017, respectively.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Both WS AB and WS i Syd AB are established suppliers of professional kitchen equipment for the Swedish Horeca-sector with a complementary geographic mix covering Sweden\u2019s three largest cities as WS AB operates in Eskilstuna region with proximity to Stockholm, while WS i Syd AB has locations in both Malm\u00f6 and Gothenburg. Customers include restaurants and public sector such as educational units and hospitals.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">With the acquisitions, Dieta will significantly improve its capability to serve its Swedish customers. Former owners of both companies will continue to work for Dieta Group supporting further growth and ensuring efficient integration into Group offering. Supported by the acquired companies, Dieta Group\u2019s current annual revenue in Sweden is approx. 10M\u20ac (95MSEK).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dieta Group manufactures and markets products and services for Horeca- and institutional foodservice customers in Sweden, Finland and Estonia. Dieta Group has total turnover of ca. 45M\u20ac and some 170 employees.
