MB Funds becomes the majority owner of Gallant Group Oy, a company providing financial administration, HR and advisory services with an expanding international presence, in transaction signed on 21 October 2026. Gallant Group\u2019s founders and current owners will continue as significant shareholders and in key roles within the company. Together with MB Funds, they will focus on accelerating the Group\u2019s international growth, developing AI-enabled services and technologies, and further strengthening the company\u2019s position as a comprehensive business services partner.<\/p>\n
Gallant Group was established in 2019 when Tuomas Tahvanainen and Max Gylling combined their families\u2019 long-established accounting firms. Since then, Gallant Group has grown in Finland both organically and through acquisitions and, most recently, expanded into the Netherlands in 2025 through the acquisition of Broadstreet. Gallant Group\u2019s ambition is to build a modern and international financial administration services company that combines personalised advisory service, a broad service offering and proprietary technology solutions leveraging AI and automation.<\/p>\n
Gallant Group consists of Gallant in Finland and Broadstreet in the Netherlands. Gallant provides companies with financial administration, payroll, HR and professional advisory services, and employs approximately 200 professionals. Broadstreet is a professional services firm specialising in international taxation, payroll and financial services, serving particularly internationally operating companies in the Netherlands. Together, the companies form a growing international professional services group serving customers in both Finland and the Netherlands.<\/p>\n
