Mikael Castr\u00e9n, currently CEO of LIWLIG Finland, has been appointed CEO of LIWLIG Group, effective 1st December 2026. In his new role, Castr\u00e9n will assume overall responsibility for the Group\u2019s leadership and operations, supporting LIWLIG\u2019s continued international expansion and growth across markets.<\/p>\n

LIWLIG Group is a global event and brand experience agency with Nordic roots, creating corporate and employee events, brand experiences and activations, exhibitions, experience centres and showrooms, as well as content and communications. LIWLIG aims to strengthen its position as an international player and pursue growth across Europe. In their new roles, key leaders will be able to fully leverage their expertise and strengths as LIWLIG takes its next strategic steps forward.<\/p>\n

The current CEO and founding member of LIWLIG Group, Timo Aalto, will transition to the role of Executive Chair of the Board. In his new position, he will focus on the Group\u2019s growth strategy, including mergers and acquisitions.<\/p>\n
