The company is building the future together with its customers by combining an extensive repair shop network, deep insurance company integration and a sustainable operating model.<\/em><\/h4>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>The disruption has only started<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Suvia Group CEO Jens Jensen sees the transformation of the repair shop industry accelerating. \u201cThe automobile industry is changing faster than many realize. For us, this is especially visible in the increasing complexity of repair needs. Collision repair is no longer just about sheet metal and paint \u2013 it\u2019s about electrical systems, sensors, and safety technology. It\u2019s about diagnostics and data,\u201d Jensen explains.<\/p>\n<p>The transformation of mobility is not only seen in the rise of electric vehicles, but also in how damages are repaired \u2013 and by whom. As repairs become more complex and expensive, insurance companies are seeking nationwide, cost-efficient, and digitally compatible partners. Car owners, in turn, value convenience, transparency, and high quality.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Three complementary business areas<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Suvia Group\u2019s operations stand on three solid foundations: InCar\u2019s repair network, which has grown by 15 locations in the past three years adding up to 66 repairs shops; SVT\u2019s nationwide damage inspection services; and Autobodyparts\u2019 extensive spare parts offering. In 2024, the Group\u2019s revenue was \u20ac93 million while employing over 560 professionals.<\/p>\n<p>A strong network is not enough alone. The company\u2019s competitive advantage lies in its deep integration with insurance company processes: work orders are handled digitally, customer service is centralized, and reporting is based on measurable data.<br \/>\n\u201cInsurance companies are looking for partners who are reliable, nationwide and efficient. Our strength is in our ability to deliver predictability and quality across the country,\u201d Jensen says.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Growth and investments<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The company\u2019s growth has been both strategic and market-driven \u2013 driven by acquisitions as well as the establishment of new units. This year, Suvia Group opens new units or expands in Helsinki, Pirkkala, Kotka, Rovaniemi, Vaasa, and Oulu. Investments are also planned in Espoo, Vantaa and the Porvoo region.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Suvia Group\u2019s competitive edge is built on three pillars:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Excellent customer service<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>A unified service model with insurance companies<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>A sustainability strategy that includes the entire organization<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h4>Excellent customer service \u2013 convenience and speed<\/h4>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>In the event of damage our customers can book a free 15-minute damage assessment, bring their car directly to the repair shop or simply send pictures through the InCar camera service. The process is designed to be as effortless and transparent as possible. We perform continuous competence development and training programs in order to ensure that every customer receives the same high-quality and consistent service.<\/p>\n<h4>A unified service model as a success factor<\/h4>\n<h4>Suvia Group manages the damage process from start to finish \u2013 from consultation and inspection to high quality repair and spare parts services.<br \/>\n\u201cWe want to give our customers a peace of mind and make sure the damage repair is as convenient as possible, not just a technical task. The experience is shaped by seamless cooperation with insurance companies, towing and leasing companies and other involved partners. Our goal is to deliver the best customer experience while ensuring that the vehicles are repaired according to the highest standards\u201d Jensen emphasizes.<\/h4>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sustainability in practice<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The company\u2019s sustainability program is built in line with the EU\u2019s CSRD standards and covers environmental, social, and governance targets. Measures include the use of re-used spare parts, minimizing VOC emissions and developing recycling and reporting systems. Key elements of social responsibility include competence development, occupational safety and strong leadership practices.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Long-term leadership<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Suvia Group\u2019s strategy is not based on individual projects but on a comprehensive long-term approach.
