Suvia Group has acquired all shares of AutoBodyParts Oy, a company with a long tradition and established in 1984. The transaction brings together two strong players in the vehicle service industry: Suvia Group, a leading provider of vehicle accident inspections and damage repairs in Finland, and AutoBodyParts, a specialist in vehicle spare parts with a long experience. AutoBodyParts will continue as an independent player serving its current and new customers. The name and the web page of AutoBodyParts remain unchanged.<\/p>\n

\u201cThis acquisition further strengthens our group\u2019s competence in spare parts trade. The expertise of AutoBodyParts and its strong position in the market enable us to find synergies\u201d, describes Jens Jensen, CEO of Suvia Group.<\/p>\n

In connection with the acquisition, all employment relationships, the shop and the client relationships of AutoBodyParts will remain unchanged. Kirsi Hynninen will continue being responsible for the operations of AutoBodyParts and she will join the management group of Suvia Group. Hynninen will be responsible for not only developing the business of AutoBodyParts but also the strategic development of spare parts\u2019 procurement at Suvia Group.<\/p>\n
