The founding entrepreneurs and the management of Welado shall continue developing the company as significant shareholders. Larger number of employees will also be invited to own Welado.<\/p>\n<p>Welado was founded in 2017 when over 30 professionals decided to start developing a forerunner to the infrastructure construction management, with a human touch. Today the company has over 300 experts working in two countries, Welado Oy in Finland and STHK AB in Sweden.<\/p>\n<p>Welado team has together built a great growth and at the same time initiated a fantastic story: they have developed an attractive value-based platform for meaningful expertise, the best working environment for the experts, where people want to work and prosper. Together with their customers, the Welado experts create solutions for the built environment with brave and open attitude and solid expertise. Welado also increasingly enables their customers\u2019 success in the industrial, real estate and energy sectors. The Welado team has created a forerunner organization, that challenges the entire construction industry to operate better, more humanely and with a higher productivity, together.<\/p>\n<p>The story of Welado is, however, still in the first steps and the Welado team has more to give to the construction industry, modern working life and for the people. The next development phase of Welado will now on be supported by MB Funds.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><em>\u201dWe have developed Welado with an open heart. Working in Welado is an important and personal issue for us. This is not a \u201cjob\u201d for us. The most important thing for us was to find a partner for whom our values are as important and obvious success criteria as they are for us. MB Funds has shown that they support growth, development and the path to international markets \u2013 and they were able to convince us of the compatibility of our values during the process. On the other hand, we were not looking for a partner only as an organization but also a person with whom we could build a reliable cooperation.
