MB Funds has signed an agreement to sell A-Katsastus Group Oy, the leading vehicle inspection, driver\u2019s examinations, and other license services provider in Finland, to Tradeka-Yhti\u00f6t Oy.<\/p>\n
A-Katsastus Group is the leading vehicle inspection company in Finland with approximately 150 stations network. The group\u2019s subsidiary Ajovarma operates under a nationwide governmental contract with Traficom providing driver\u2019s exams and license services across Finland in total 100 service facilities. A-Katsastus Group\u2019s total revenue in 2019 was \u20ac68 million and the company employs approximately 800 persons.<\/p>\n
