Olli-Pekka\u2019s broad responsibilities include supporting the investment team in new investment cases\u2019 identification and analysis. He also participates in M&amp;A and due diligence processes, various tasks that support the current portfolio companies\u2019 management and development as well as development of tools and systems that support portfolio management. Before joining MB, Olli-Pekka worked at Deloitte in M&amp;A transaction advisory services, where he focused on financial due diligence and financial modelling engagements.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201d I am very excited to start in this new position and join the Finnish private equity pioneer.
